Delivery Policy
While we strive for prompt and seamless delivery, great biryani takes time. Our average delivery time is 30–40 minutes, depending on your location and order size. We offer in-house delivery services for orders placed directly through our website and are also available via trusted food delivery partners like Zomato and Swiggy.
– In-house delivery (via our website) is free of charge.
– Orders placed via Zomato or Swiggy are subject to their individual delivery policies and charges.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of freshly prepared food, returns are not accepted for in-house orders. However, if you receive an incorrect order or if there is an issue with the food delivered, we are happy to make it right.
In such cases:
– You may choose to receive a full refund, or
– We can prepare and deliver a replacement order at the earliest possible time, as per your preference.
Please note, refund or replacement requests must be raised within a reasonable time of receiving the order.
For orders placed through Zomato or Swiggy, their respective return and refund policies will apply.
